“ La “Braceria Rinaldi” è un locale elegante, circondato dal verde e dal servizio impeccabile, situato alla periferia di Morcone. In un ambiente piacevole si possono gustare ottimi salumi e squisita carne alla brace. Anche i primi piatti, tuttavia, non sfigurano, e sia i fusilli al pesto che le pappardelle salsicce e porcini sono risultati gustosi. Anche la qualità e la scelta dei vini è apprezzabile. Davvero buona la cheesecake. ”

Materie prime di qualità e cucinate nel modo giusto. Forse un po' povera la carta dei vini campani, solo 2 proposte e bianchi e rossi, eppure in una regione ricca di buoni brand.
